Indianapolis Colts 10, New England Patriots 6

Offensive spotlight:Mac Joneswas benched at quarterback for the Patriots, having gone 15-for-20 for 170 yards.Bailey Zappe replaced him but went just three-for-seven for 25 yards. Both players threw bad interceptions.

Cleveland Browns 33, Baltimore Ravens 31

Defensive spotlight:Kyle Hamiltonopened the game as well as you can for the Ravens, tipping and intercepting a pass fromDeshaun Watsonbefore walking into the end zone for the touchdown. A big concern for the Ravens was that cornerbackMarlon Humphrey, who had been questionable coming into the game, left the game due to injury, with the Ravens having a short turnaround before facing theCincinnati Bengalson Thursday Night Football.

There’s a reason whyMyles Garrett is the front-runner for defensive player of the year at this stage, and despite the Ravens keeping him off the stat sheet for almost three full quarters, he still made his presence felt, bringingLamar Jacksondown on two straight plays at the end of the third quarter.

Houston Texans 30, Cincinnati Bengals 27

Rookie spotlight:Tank Dellwas once again a big factor for the Texans on offense. Targeted 14 times in the win today, he caught six passes for 56 yards and a shifty touchdown.

San Francisco 49ers 34, Jacksonville Jaguars 3

Offensive spotlight:Jaguars wide receiverChristian Kirkhad six receptions for 104 yards, the only Jaguars player with at least 30 receiving yards or 50 total yards of scrimmage on the day. Kirk fumbled the ball at the 49ers' six-yard line when down 20-3, which effectively ended the game once and for all. The Jaguars had no answers for this 49ers defense, getting killed up front at the line of scrimmage and rarely creating any separation downfield.

49ers tight endGeorge Kittlegot behind Jaguars linebackerDevin Lloydand quarterbackBrock Purdysomehow reset his base and reloaded his arm to deliver a well-placed ball over Lloyd’s outstretched arms down the right sideline, with Kittle waltzing into the end zone with no defender in sight. Kittle finished the game with three receptions for 114 yards and a touchdown. Running backChristian McCaffreyhad over 100 yards from scrimmage, with 95 yards on the ground and six receptions for 47 yards, both featuring several missed tackles forced, but his remarkable touchdown streak ended at 17 games.

Minnesota Vikings 27, New Orleans Saints 19

Defensive spotlight:Danielle Hunterhad a big day for the Vikings defense, and it was his hit that knockedDerek Carrout of the game and brought inJameis Winstonfor the closing stages. Hunter had a sack to maintain his league lead this season, as well as some additional pressure. He had a 22.5% pass-rush win rate pending grade review and was a constant problem for the New Orleans offense.

Pittsburgh Steelers 23, Green Bay Packers 19

Rookie spotlight:Jayden Reedled the Packers in receiving today with five targets for five catches, 84 yards, and a touchdown. Reed now has four touchdown catches on the season to go along with 417 receiving yards.Luke Musgrave was second on the team in receiving yards as he came up with a couple of big catches for a total of 64 yards. He has now crossed 300 receiving yards for the season.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 20, Tennessee Titans 6

Offensive spotlight:Buccaneers wide receiverMike Evans was the standout offensive player in this game. Evans finished the game with six catches on 10 targets for 143 receiving yards and a receiving touchdown.

Arizona Cardinals 25, Atlanta Falcons 23

Defensive spotlight:Nate Landmancontinued a nice first season as a starter with more big plays for the Falcons defense in this game. He had the interception of Murray over the middle and brought the Cardinals quarterback down for an 11-yard loss.

Detroit Lions 41, Los Angeles Chargers 38

Rookie spotlight:Jahmyr Gibbsflashed his talent early and often in this game as he carried the ball 14 times for 77 rushing yards and found the endzone twice in the first half. Gibbs also added three catches for 35 yards to get up over 100 all-purpose yards on the day.

Dallas Cowboys 49, New York Giants 17

Offensive spotlight:Giants running backSaquon Barkleyhad seven carries for one yard in the first half, with quarterbackTommy Devito completing 4-of-9 passes for 24 yards. Darius Slaytonwas the lone pass-catcher with multiple receptions and over 10 receiving yards in the first half. The Giants averaged 1.2 yards per play in the first half.

The entire Cowboys passing attack was feasting in the first half, with quarterbackDak Prescottcompleting 18-of-24 passes for 239 yards and two touchdowns, adding 17 rushing yards with a touchdown to close out the half. Wide receiverCeeDee Lamb scored in the first half on a 14-yard carry and hauled in six receptions for 98 yards, withBrandin Cooksalso racking up 104 yards on seven receptions with a touchdown. The Cowboys averaged 8.8 yards per play in the first half.

Seattle Seahawks 29, Washington Commanders 26

Defensive spotlight:Seahawks edge rusherBoye Mafehad another sack in his breakout season, as he was the most consistent source of pressure for Seattle. Pending grade review, Mafe led the team in pressures with five and had a 13.3% pass-rush win rate on first review.Leonard Williamsalso notched his first sack since being traded from theNew York Giants, though it was one of just two pressures pending review.

Las Vegas Raiders 16, New York Jets 12

Rookie spotlight:Raiders rookie quarterbackAidan O’Connellonce again started the game on Sunday night.He finished the contest 16-for-27 with 153 passing yards, one passing touchdown and one interception.

Denver Broncos 24, Buffalo Bills 22

Offensive spotlight:Russell Wilsonhardly lit the stat sheet on fire, but he was the better quarterback tonight. He finished 24-of-29 for 192 yards and two touchdowns, with one big-time throw and zero turnover-worthy plays.

Things were kept very simple for him, with the veteran quarterback throwing just 3.5 yards down the field on average. However, he completed three of his four passes that traveled 10 or more yards downfield for 56 yards and a touchdown that could go down as thecatch of the year.
