AS REQUIRED BY THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION (F.T.C.), THIS GENERAL PRICE LIST OF THE SERVICES AND MERCHANDISE IS PROVIDED FOR YOUR EASE IN UNDERSTANDING THE TOTAL COST OF A FUNERAL. IT IS YOUR RIGHT AND OUR DESIRE TO ASSIST YOU IN THIS PROCESS. SHOULD YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS CONCERNING ANY ASPECT OF OUR OFFERING, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO LET US KNOW.
The goods and services shown below are those that we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include the charge for the Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff. If legal or other requirements mean you must purchase any items you do not desire, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected. This list does not include prices for certain items you may ask us to purchase for you, such as airline charges, cemetery fees, certified copies of the death record, etc. The price for those cash advance items will be shown on your statement describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff…………………………………………………..…$2750.00
Our fee for the services of funeral director and staff includes, but is not limited to, staff to respond to initial request for service, arrangement conference with family or responsible party, arrangement of funeral, preparation and filing necessary authorizations and permits; recording vital statistics, preparation and placement of obituary notices; staff assistance prior to, during and following the funeral, including coordination with those providing other portions of the funeral, e.g. cemetery, crematory and others. Also included in these charges are overhead expenses relative to our facilities such as insurance, maintenance and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative costs, and equipment and inventory costs.
The fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.)

Except in special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement which does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

This charge includes removal of remains, necessary services of staff, necessary authorizations, embalming, and local transportation to airport. This charge does not include visitation, rites, or ceremonies prior to forwarding of the body.

Immediate Burials
Our charge for an immediate burial, without any attendant rites or ceremonies, includes removal and shelter of remains, local transportation to cemetery, necessary services of staff and authorizations. ($1800.00 - $9000.00)

DIRECT CREMATION
Our charge for a direct cremation without any attendant rites or ceremonies includes removal of the remains, local transportation to crematory, necessary services of staff and authorizations. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering.) The containers we provide are made of heavy cardboard. ($1800.00 - $9000.00)
