When I set out to make Copycat Olive Garden breadsticks, I knew that I wanted them to be amazing and something that you would want to keep eating (just like those from Olive Garden).

I looked up a lot of breadstick recipes and tried a lot in the kitchen before working on my own to see what I liked and disliked about each. I found that a lot of the breadsticks that came from those breadstick recipes online were hard, too dry, too dense and just not something I would want to keep eating again and again.

So after a few attempts in the kitchen and way more breadsticks baked in my oven then ever before, I figured out a recipe that I fell in love with and I hope you will too.

These breadsticks are soft, fluffy, lightly browned and covered in savoy garlic powder!

Why You Should Make these easy breadsticks…

  • wonderfully, light and fluffy
  • perfect for serving with pastas and soups
  • great for dipping into marinara
  • vegan and vegetarian safe breadsticks
