The Item Beauty mogul’s parents — Sheri Nicole Easterling, 42, and Monty Lopez, 46, — have also gained notoriety alongside their superstar daughter, but not necessarily for the right reasons.

Lopez made headlines in July 2022 when Page Six exclusively revealedhe allegedly had a five-month affair with a 25-year-old womannamed Renée Ash.
“Unfortunately, he misled me … he lied to me,” Ash told Page Six, claiming Lopez had told her that his marriage to Easterling had ended when that was not true.
“He told me that we were going to be together and have babies together,” she alleged. “He told me a story of his marriage that convinced me that they were apart and in the process of getting a divorce.”
He and Easterling have since split.

Easterling is not only the mother to her superstar daughter, 21, but she shares two sons Enzo, 14, andLucas, 8, with her estranged husband. Like Rae, she has a sizable TikTok audience, boasting more than 14 million followers. She also hosts the “Mama Knows Best” podcast with her mini-me daughter.
In the wake of cheating allegations leveled against Lopez, she emphasized that her kids were her first priority
“Personal matters being brought public are always challenging and overwhelming for anyone involved,” Easterlingwrote on her Instagram Storyin July 2022, without directly addressing the allegations. “I will be okay. My biggest concern is — and always will be — my children and their fragile hearts and minds. I will always do my best to protect them.”
The podcast host added, “My goal is to make sure that they feel secure and safe and know that everything will be okay. Thank you all for the love, support and kind messages. It means the world to me.”

Easterling and Lopez actually split in the early 2000s, before they got remarried in 2017.
During that period, Easterling was essentially a single parent to their children, which she discussed in a July 2020 episode of her podcast,“That Was Fun?” with her daughter.
“You were a single mom for a good few years,” Rae said. “From about 3 to 6 for me, Dad wasn’t really in my life very much. I’m sure that was a personal decision on your part with Dad. You brought me to work with you all the time. That’s where I remember being all the time.”
After the fallout of Lopez’s alleged cheating in 2022, Rae’s mother updated her Instagram bio to read “single mom,” and later tweeted, “That old version of you. Isn’t for you. New story. New version!”

Yung Gravy — born Matthew Raymond Hauri — is an up-and-coming American rapper who gained traction when his song, “Mr. Clean,” went viral onSoundCloud.
He’s dropped several mixtapes and albums in the years since, but it wasn’t until his 2022 hit, “Betty (Get Money),” that he cracked the Billboard Hot 100.
Gravy has embraced TikTok, and infamously made references and jokes about his love for older women aka “MILFs.”

WhileEasterlingkissed the rapperat the2022 MTV Video Music Awards, they didn’t necessarily confirm their relationship status.
“I hit on her first. I knew of her, and I thought she was fine,” the “Betty” rapper told Page Six exclusively, noting that they met on “the internet” and “FaceTimed” a couple of times before meeting in person.
“She’s like a Southern belle, and I’m a Northern boy, so it felt really cute and wholesome. … [I’m] into MILFs, and she’s kinda the queen of MILFs.”
The pair were later spotted packing on the PDA on national TV, as they shared a kiss while sitting behind Nicki Minaj as she accepted an award.

Lopez hasn’t directly addressed the allegations and has not responded to Page Six’s multiple requests for comments.
He did, however, challenge Yung Gravy to a fighton TikTok, after the rapper claimed he was “going on a date soon” with Easterling.

Rae has unfollowed both her mom’s and her dad’s Instagram accounts after Lopez‘s alleged affair. The dancer was quick to unfollow her father but seemingly continued following her mother for a few days until she unfollowed her, too.
When @tiktokroomposted about the social media diss, Easterlingwrote in the comments sectionthat it was “heart wrenching” with a sad face.
Rae has remained tight-lipped about the scandal, even canceling a press day that was scheduled to take place shortly after the cheating scandal broke. She eventually broke her silence in July when she took to Twitter.
“I’ve really been strugglingto post and get out and do things but I love you all and you mean so much more to me than I can ever express,” the “She’s All That” star tweeted in July. “My life is forever changed thanks to all of the people who decided to care about me and support me.
“I love y’all <3 life is weird but worth it,” she concluded.
